Beverly Barbeque’s Brunswick Stew

Q. What goes into our Brunswick Stew?
A. Everything but the Kitchen Sink. LOL

A sample will be served with your meal or upon request.



1 pound of smoked pulled chicken
1 pound of smoked pulled pork
1 pound of chopped brisket
1 pound of chopped hotlink
2 Sticks of salted butter
2 large onions diced small (3 cups)
2 tablespoons of minced garlic
2 teaspoons of ground cayenne pepper
1 tablespoon of fresh ground pepper
1 teaspoon of sea salt
¼ cup of Worcestershire or lea & Perrins sauce
1 gallon of water
1 ½ cups of sweet brown sugar
4 cups of barbeque sauce
4 cups of diced potatoes
2 cups of green peas
4 cups of canned diced tomatoes
2 cups of diced carrots
1 cup of fresh chopped parsley
2 cups of chopped bell pepper
4 quarts of no salt chicken broth or stock
2 cups chopped fire roasted tomatoes
4 cups of white or yellow corn
4 cups of lima beans
10 dashes of tabasco or texas hot sauce to taste
